Assignment:

Canadians have experienced several strikes over outsourcing. Identify them and focus on a recent strike. Analyze the media reports, and consult the employer and union websites to determine the perspectives of each on the issue of outsourcing. Have one team prepare the arguments against outsourcing from the union perspective; have another group prepare the arguments for outsourcing from the employer's perspective. Have each group write a two-page message to be given to the media.
