An induction motor has the following specifications: a 8-polesquirrel cage rotor, operates at 25 hp off of a 220 V line-to-line3-phase service, 60 Hz, 64 amps of line current, and under fullload runs at 830 RPM. The motor draws 20.8 kW at full load.

(i) Calculate the slip.
(ii) Determine the percent speed regulation if the no-load speed is895 RPM.

(iv) Determine the motor torque in ft-pounds.
