You are asked to determine the number of viable organisms per ml in a sample. The sample is thought to contain between 6.4*10^6 - 8.4*10^6 organisms per ml. How would you do this with least amount of error? Diagram the procedure and dilution scheme that you would follow. Indicate which plate is likely to be the best plate to count.
