A block of mass m1 on a smooth, horizontal surface is connected to a ball of mass m2 by a lightweight cord over a lightweight , frictionless pulley , as shown in figure bellow . a force of magnitude F at an angle theta with the horizontal is applied to the block as shown . The mass m1 is moving to the right and the ball is moving upward .

a) Draw the free body diagram .

b) Determine the normal force exerted by the table on the block.

c) Determine the magnitude of the acceleration of the two objects

d) Determine the magnitude of the tension force on the block .

e) Find the value of the acceleration for F = 40. N , m1 = 5.0 kg and m2 = 2.0 kg , and angel theta = 20.
