1.Are there any additional external influences or impacts to that system that you not cover in the previous activity? If so, what are they? And what changes within those external area can impact your identified system and how?

2.Consider the project lifecycle we discussed earlier. Think about some of the trigger that may have bought the development of you identifies system. List further triggers you feel would lead to a review of the system. Be specific in the context of your organisation.

3.Consider on of the triggers you identified and explain which approach you would use to analyse your identified system, and why you have chosen that option. Provide as much detail as you can on how you would develop your system, based on the phase of the project lifecycle that we discussed earlier.
