Now that we have explored an introduction to the performance evaluation process, what a knowledge worker is and its relevance to the modern workplace, performance evaluation tools and methodology, as well as using specific tools as key performance indicators, let's tie it all together through a three-part assignment.

1. Reference the attched document Human Resources AdvisorThis position posting will serve as your reference point.

2. Critically examine the description and identify key performance indicators for inclusion in the performance evaluation tool.

3. Determine the most appropriate performance appraisal tool based on the ones presented in this module and develop a performance evaluation form for submission.

4. Designs comprehensive Multi-rater, MOB, or Classical Rating Scale tool inclusive of: the form should incorporate five of Zappos ten core values.

Paper 2

Complete the on-line version of the Myers-Briggs Typology Indicator (MBTI). The Students will develop a 3 page reaction paper based on Myers-Briggs Typology Indicator (MBTI) type results portrait specifically assessing personal values, attitudes, and communication style.

Address the following in your paper:

1. What is your indicator type based on your test results?

2. Provide an overview of your results as well as their application to your current position and future career goals

a. What did you learn about your personality style?

b. Are there any behaviors that you would like to modify as a consequence of your test results?

3. Do you feel that your results were accurate? Why or Why not?

4. Provide an analysis of what your results outcome indicates about the following:

a. Your personal values

b. Your attitudes

c. Your communication style

Paper 3

Complete a self-assessment to identify and list three primary core and personal values, attitudes, and communication styles, draft a 1 page personal statement highlighting personal values, attitudes and communication style and detail how this statement may be exhibited in the workplace.

Be sure that your paper is in APA format and is free from spelling and grammar errors.

Paper 4

Develop and submit at least two performance evaluation dimensions representing each of the EI Competencies (Personal & Social) inclusive of dimension description based on the attached document Sample_Evaluation_with_EI_dimensions.

Be sure that your paper identifies a performance dimension focusing on personal competency with respective competency description.
Acceptable competency may include any competency from the three identified categories including:

Personal Competencies-

1. Self-Awareness (Emotional awareness, Self-Assessment, or Self-Confidence)

2. Self-Regulation (Self Control, Trustworthiness, Conscientiousness, Adaptability, Innovation)
