Your group is to design a recruitment strategy that will include conducting a job analysis job description based on a job of your choosing, write a , including, duties, tasks, and responsibilities, and the knowledge, skills, abilities and other competencies required for success in the job.

Your group will then develop an objective, non-discriminatory recruitment process in order to generate a pool of qualified candidates. The final step will be to develop an objective selection process to determine the most appropriate candidate for the job.
