1. A manager wants to assign tasks to workstations as efficiently as possible. The immediate predecessors and task times are provided in the dataset under provided table. 

2. Draw the precedence diagram.

3. Assuming a 7.5-hour workday, compute the cycle time needed to obtain an output of 225 units per day.

4. Determine the minimum number of workstations required.

5. Assign tasks according to greatest positional weight (sum of each task's time and the times of all following tasks)

6. Compute the resulting percent idle time for each worker (workstations).
