1. You are employed in SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City as accounting assistant. In your employment contract, you are given P13,000, monthly pay, without any other benefit. You are required to report from Monday- Saturday (8:00-5:00PM). Determine if you are given the minimum compensation as required by the law. Reason out.

2. During Christmas season, you are required to render work for two consecutive Sundays, until 10:00 PM. How much is your total compensation for the two Sundays.

3. Since you and your supervisor need to finish the financial statement, starting December 1 until end of the month, except during regular and special holidays, you are required to extend work from 5:00-7:00PM. Compute for your total additional premium.

4. It's already December 30, your boss called you to report since you need to close your books for the last quarter. While doing bank reconciliation, there are floating items which you cannot identify. Since your co-worker did not report for work because she got sick, your supervisor begged you to stay until 3AM. Do you have the right to decline? If you agreed, how much should you get as premium? How much is your total compensation for that day?

5. You only joined the company in May, after your graduation, compute your 13th month pay.

6. Lastly, would you still stay in the company? Why or why not?
