Problem- Reaction contains 5.0 mL ethyl benzoate (d= 1.05 g mL-1) and 120 mL water. The catalyst is 2g sodium hydroxide (NaOH). How do I determine the maximal yield of the product, benzoic acid that could be performed is I assume 100% yield?

Any help is greatly appreciated Is this the same as finding the theoretical yield?
