Identin the bottoming working fluid and operating conditions with greatest net combined cycle electricity production, Apply engineering modeling compatible with that used in the textbook for Rankine gdes and air-standard analysis of gas turbines. Determine if the thermal efficiency of the selected cycle call the improved by adding: a reheat process, open/closed feed water heaters and intercoolers.

For the cycle with the highest thermal efficiency, use combustion analysis to determine the mass flow rate of natural gas used to supply the heat input into the cycle.

Considering a cost of $0.08 per kW. h for the Flower plant construction and operatic assuming natural gas is priced at 7 dollars per thousand cubic feet each cubic root of gas has a heating value of 1000 Btu, and the plant operates 7800 h per year, determine whether the operation of your proposed power plant is economically feasible, by comparing the cost of producing electricity with your design with the rate that the local utility company charges per kW.h.
