Solve the all parts of following problem:

Problem: A ball of mass 250g is released from rest at a height of 2.00m above the floor and it rebounds straight up to a height of 0.950m.

Part A: Determine the magnitude of the ball's change in momentum due to its contact with the floor.

Part B: Determine the direction of the ball's change in momentum due to its contact with the floor?

Part C: If the contact time with the floor was 0.0700s, what was the average force the floor exerted on the ball? What was the direction of this force?

Any help I can get on this problem is really appreciated! I'm not too familiar with this problem.
