A bike has wheels with a diameter of 0.680 meter. It accelerates uniformly and the rate of rotation of its wheels increases from 211 rpm to 280 rpm in a time of 28.9 second. Determine the linear acceleration of the rim of the bike's wheels (in the reference frame of a cyclist riding the bike).
