Knowing the length that DNA traveled on an agarose gel after electrophoresis, how do I determine the length of the unknown DNA fragment which traveled (19mm) on the gel, knowing that the length of DNA helix occupied by one nucleotide pair that is 3.4 A.
The standard DNAs traveled 11mm, 13mm, 14mm, 15mm.
