The circuit shown in Figure is a simplified model of a "dual-mode" oscillator [28]. The voltage-dependent current source models a transistor. The circuit oscillates if Zin goes to infinity for s = jω.

(a) Determine the input impedance Zin.

(b) Set the denominator of Zin to zero for s = jω and obtain the startup condition and the two oscillation frequencies.
