Solve the all parts given problem:

Problem: A base ball is vertically tossed up from the top of a hill with a velocity of 3 m/s. It goes up and then falls in a valley which is 12 m below the ground after 4 s.

Part A: Determine the height of the hill.

Part B: Find the velocity with which the ball lands in the valley (direction and magnitude).
