Determine the PW of the following series of cash flows, based on an interest rate of 12% per year, compounded annually: $0 year 0, $1000 year 1, $2000 year 2, $3000 year 3, $4000 year 4, $4000 year 5 and $4000 year 6. Since the cash flows compose a gradient series followed by a uniform series, solve the problem using those factors. Determine the FW of the cash flows.
