Determine the forecaddies status

IDC Country Club seeks to provide its golfers with a truly top notch experience. Part of this experience is having providing them with a forecaddie whose job includes describing each hole, reading the greens, and advising on club selection. The forecaddies are required to invest in their own uniform, golfing binoculars, and any other equipment they think will help them provide their best service. IDC Country Club has had a lot of success after it launched just 2 years ago and a lot of customers have been commenting the the forecaddies really make the experience unique. The forecaddies usually are given a generous tip depending on how good of service they provide.

IDC Country Club considers these Forecaddies as independent contractors and not employees under the FLSA and thus does not pay them the minimum wage.
