• Determine the extent that certainty of science matters as a basis for policy making. Explain if certainty is important and justify your response with evidence from the published literature.
• Explain the extent that politics (or ideology and special interest lobbying) shape science and if it is ethically justified. Support your response with evidence from the published literature.
• To what extent can/should public administrators challenge political positions on science?
