Assume that for the model in example problem 1 the analyst determines that neither the inter-arrival times nor the service times are exponential. From the data, she calculates the following:

mean time between arrivals = 20 minutes

standard deviation for arrivals = 10 minutes

mean service time = 15 minutes

standard deviation for service time = 5 minutes

Determine the expected waiting time for the customers and the average number of customers in the waiting room for this queuing system.
