Question - You plan to contribute £5,000 per annum to a pension fund offering a return of 7 per cent per annum until your retirement thirty years from now. Determine the expected value of your investment after 30 years. Calculate the annual pension that fund will pay you based on the value of the capital accumulated in the fund at the end of year 30, if it will be calculated on the basis of an assumed retirement period of sixteen years.
