A loop of wire in the shape of a rectangle of width 8 cm and length 90 cm and a long, straight wire carrying acurrent I= 5t^1.4-3t^1.8 downward lie on a tabletop; the wire is to the left of the rectangle and parallel to the length of the rectangle . Determine the emf that is induced in the rectangle at t = 2 seconds and the distance from the straight wire to the left side of the rectangle = 6cm. What is the direction of the induced current?
