The 1.5m2 pub sign hanging outside The Drunken Engineer, weighs 200N and is hinged along its top edge. Determine the deflection in degrees for horizontal wind speed of 10m/s and what is the magnitude of the force required at the bottom of the sign to prevent the sign from deflecting?

Take the density of air as 1.2 kg/m3. The drag coefficient for the sign can beassumed equal to 1.9 and independent of the Reynolds number.
