A separately excited dc generator, running at constant speed, supplies a load having a 1-Ω resistance in series with a 1-H inductance. The armature resistance is 0.1 Ω and its inductance is negligible. The field, having a resistance of 50 Ω and an inductance of 5 H, is suddenly connected to a 100-V source. Determine the armature current buildup as a function of time, if the generator voltage constant Kg = 50 V per field ampere at rated speed.

Find the force on a point charge q

Two infinite parallel grounded conducting planes are held a distance 'a' apart. A point charge 'q' is placed in the region between them, a distance 'x' from one plate. Find the force on 'q'.

Calculate pmos device to acheive symmetric propagation delay

Calculate the PMOS device with to acheive symmetric propagation delays in an inverter (tPLH = tPHL). Use Wn=450nm Ln =300nm and Lp=300nm and solve for Wp. So I think by some ratio I can find what Wp should be, maybe something like Wn/Ln=Wn/Lp

A certain circuit is constructed with four elements inparallel: a 4 ohm resistor, a 10 ohms resistor, 1 uF capacitator, and a 2mH inductor. (a) compute α. (b) compute ω0 (c) is the circuit underdamped, critically damped oroverdamped Explain

Design a back-end that connects to the results of part1

The customer forgot to tell you that they need the bias (0V at 00000) to be user-adjustable between 0V and 2V and that the range(5V between 000000 and 111111) must be user adjustable between 3V and 7V.

Determine what is the sensor output rms voltage amplitude

The unloaded output of a sensor is a sinusoid at 200 Hz and 5V rms amplitude. Its output impedance is 2000+600j. If a 0.22 μf capacitor is placed across the output as a load, what is the sensor output rms voltage amplitude

Voltage regulation and efficiency under various loading

It involves developing a function called "single_phase_transformer_tests" that can work on user input data to generate the transformer voltage regulation and efficiency under various loading criteria.
