At room temperature (about 20degree C) milk turms sour in about 64 hours. In a refrigerator at 3 degree C, milk can be stored for about three times as long before turning sour. Determine the approximate activation energy for the reaction that causes milk to sour and how long it would take for milk to sour at 37 degree C.
