Determine the appropriate treatment/control measure for each risk:

1. Lack of written policies and procedures. Manager only tells employees to do the way he wants them to do

2. Cafes use water excessively while the government enacts effective water use laws

(in this case I have implemented a water meter in the cafe so the staff can see how much water is being used each month. I believe this will make the staff realize how much water is wasted and thus how much water is wasted reduce water consumption. So far it has not worked because water consumption has not decreased. Please help me find another solution)

3. There are some unstable and broken seats. In addition, some parts of the worn carpet raised and torn creating a tripping hazard.

(For control, I decided to just tape the worn parts of the carpet and lift it back up with duct tape. Control worked now but it wasn't a permanent fix).

4. There are no established procedures for dealing with workplace injuries.
