Air from a compressor discharges at a constant rate through a converging-diverging nozzle to the ambient. The inlet conditions to the nozzle are the following:

P=100kPa

T=300K

We also know:

P(ambient)=60kPa

The nozzle exit area is twice the throat area

Determine:

The throat pressure (kPa) and temperature (K), the shock location in terms of A/A*, and the Mach numbers immediately upstream and immeadiately downstream of the shock.
