Case Study: You work in the insurance industry. The Insurance Agency that you work for has a software that generates a quote for an insurance policy upon a customer request. The Insurance Agencies' executives want the machine learning team to develop a model that predicts the likelihood that the customer will accept the insurance policy that is quoted. The results will be viewable by the Insurance Agents who develop the quote, but not viewable by the customer who is requesting the quote. This product will help Insurance Agents in an operational way, as Agents will follow up quicker and more frequently with customers whose business they might lose, and might not follow up at all with customers whose business they are highly likely to win.
