Many workplaces oftentimes conduct tests for potential candidates in order to determine their suitability for a job. However, some have argued against this method due to the fact that they feel it places candidates who perhaps 'learn/understand' differently at a disadvantage. What are your thoughts on this argument? Do you think there may be times where a candidate may fail a test due to their learning methods, but are fully capable of carrying out the job functions? Do you think this is fair?
