Determine stakeholders who are affected within your chosen community or an expert in the field suggested by your chosen problem. These will be the most effective sources for primary research.
Decide whether you'll interview or survey stakeholders, or if you can complete an observation related to your problem. If you have very few stakeholders to engage in the primary research, an interview will generally be better since large sample size is most desirable in surveys. jot a short describing your choice.
Draft at least three questions you will ask stakeholders. Ideally, these questions will go beyond a simple yes or no response. Work to determine how responses to your chosen questions may complement or expand on information gleaned from secondary sources.
