If you have very few stakeholders to engage in the primary research, an interview will generally be better since large sample size is most desirable in surveys. jot a short describing your choice.

Draft at least three questions you will ask stakeholders. Ideally, these questions will go beyond a simple yes or no response. Work to determine how responses to your chosen questions may complement or expand on information gleaned from secondary sources.
