To complete this task, you must:
• Access and review organisational documents with information on the scope of own responsibilities relevant to implementing the marketing activities, such as:
o Employee contract
o Organisational chart
• Review the marketing action plan discussed in Workplace Project Task 3 to identify the portions of the marketing action plan that can be implemented based on the scope of own responsibilities.

• Access and review the marketing activity plan previously reviewed in Workplace Project Task 1 for information on the expected outcomes of the marketing activities being implemented
• Review the marketing action plan implemented in Workplace Project Task 4 for the contingency plan relevant to problems that can occur during implementation of the marketing activities
• Monitor the implementation of the marketing activities identified in the marketing action plan
This must include identifying:
o Progress of the outcomes of the implementation.
This must correspond with the expected outcomes outlined in the marketing action plan from Workplace Project Task 4.
o At least one predictable problem that occur during the implementation This must be the same predictable problem outlined in the marketing action plan from Workplace Project Task 4 and in the marketing activity plan reviewed in Workplace Project Task 1.
o At least one less predictable problem that occur during the implementation
This must be the same less predictable problem outlined in the marketing action plan from Workplace Project Task 4.
• Implement the contingency strategies outlined in the marketing action plan to address the problems identified.
This must be the contingency strategies outlined in the marketing action plan from
Workplace Project Task 4. This must correspond with the:
o Predictable problem that occurred during monitoring
o Less predictable problem that occurred during monitoring.

Part B of Monitoring
To complete this task, you must:
• Access and review the marketing plan previously reviewed in Workplace Project Task 1 for information on the expected outcomes of the marketing activities being implemented.
• Review the following:
o Marketing action plan from Workplace Project Task 4 for the actual outcomes of the implementation
o Actual results of the implementation of the contingency strategies in Part A.
• Identify the actual outcomes of the implementation of the marketing activities This must include:
o Cost incurred
o Timeframes met or not met
o At least one other outcome, such as:
• Profits earned
• Increase or decrease in sales volume
• Analyse the actual outcomes of the implementation and:
o Compare it with the expected outcomes identified in the marketing plan reviewed in Workplace Project Task 1.
This must include comparison between:
• Costs incurred and expected budget
• Actual timeframe and expected timeframe
• Other comparison, e.g. actual profit earned and projected profit
o Compare it the success indicators or KPIs outlined in the marketing action plan from Workplace Project Task 4.
• Complete the marketing action plan by filling in the following sections:
o Actual outcomes of the implementation
This must correspond with the details outlined in the expected outcomes section in the marketing action plan.
o Actual outcomes of the implementation of the contingency strategies
o Result of comparison of expected and actual outcomes
This must correspond to the overall comparison of the expected and actual outcomes of the implementation.
o Result of the comparison of actual outcomes and the success indicators or KPIs
o Review dates
This refers to the dates the monitoring was conducted.
There must be two separate review dates in the marketing action plan.
Your assessor will discuss these resources with you, and the criteria outlined in this form prior to this assessment.

Task 6: Present Results of Implementation of Marketing Activities
Use the Marketing Activity Report template provided at the Bounce Fitness site. Before starting this task, you must review the completed marketing action plan from
Workplace Project Task 5 for the results of monitoring the implementation of the marketing activities.

To complete this task, you must:
• Collect all the results of the implementation into a marketing activity report This must include:
o Actual outcomes of the implementation of the marketing activities
o Actual outcomes of the implementation of the contingency strategies
o Result of comparison of expected and actual outcomes
o Result of the comparison of actual outcomes and the success indicators or KPIs
The outcomes and results must correspond to those identified in the completed marketing action plan from Workplace Project Task 5.
o At least three processes involved in implementing the marketing activities These processes must correspond to the actual processes you participated in during implementation.
This can include:
• Planning the implementation
• Accessing resources
• Providing assistance
• Present the report to at least two relevant personnel.
This must be the same relevant personnel to whom you sought approval from for your marketing action plan in Workplace Project Task 2.
Your assessor will discuss these resources with you, and the criteria outlined in this form prior to this assessment.
Use the Marketing Activity Report template provided at the Bounce Fitness site. Submit the following to your assessor:
• Marketing activity report
• Evidence of presentation showing you presenting the results of the implementation of the marketing activities to at least one relevant personnel.
This can include:
o Email correspondence with report attached
o Video recording of you handing over the report
