His CBC indicates Hb: 8g/dL; Hct: 27% Serum Transferrin: 175 mg/dL; MCV: 90fL; serum EP: elevated; serum ferritin: slightly high; serum folate: low; Hcy: elevated; MMA: normal. Patient record indicates a height: 5 feet 10 inches, usual weight: 185 lbs; current weight; 148 lbs. Serum albumin: 2.2 g/dL; and tricep skinfold: 10mm; and DH: 1mm induration.
