Defining Your Leadership Path Forward with Feedback Final Analysis
We will use this final self-analysis to determine our path forward as leaders. Throughout the course, we will talk about the importance of feedback to aid in our own leadership development as well as to better lead and develop those around us when leading.
The goal with this final analysis is not only that you complete the course having a broader understanding of what leadership is, but also that you have a clear plan on how you can further develop and grow as a leader moving forward, and how that growth can have the biggest impact on your life and career.
To align the feedback with the rest of the course content, this analysis will involve an interview using the "Feedback Interview Form" that you created based on how you defined your leadership strengths and weaknesses in the initial analysis.(Client's comment: Please use the attached word to complete the interview sheet and the three interviews have been completed.)
You know who you are as a leader, but how do others define your leadership value?
The form should include skills and behaviors discussed within the course, but may also include skills, values and behaviors that are important to your particular situation / organization.
