The outcomes of COM-1162 focus on the development of self and the ability to determine one's own behaviour. The purpose of this project is to change or modify a behaviour that you are dissatisfied with or to improve on some aspect of your present behaviour. Choose one area in your communications or relationships you want to work on. This may have been identified in some of your work in this class. The greater your
personal motivation, the better your chance of success.

Here are a few suggestions (choose something you want to do):
