Students (grades 10-12) will be rating the teaching performance of each of their teachers at the end of each school year. However, the school principal does not know what to do or how to even get started. She decided to hire an HR consultant to take charge of this project and develop a teacher rating form and a training program to train students in the use of the rating form. Assume you have been hired as the HR consultant for this project. Various chapters from your textbook will be useful as reference material for your task. Please be sure to include the following items in your paper: 1. Discuss your approach to job analysis to determine key job tasks so the rating form assesses job-relevant activities in the classroom. 2. How can poor evaluations be used to aid the Principal when making decisions about potential terminations?
