Define and demonstrate with tables or graphics each of the tools to 'generate ideas' based on the raw data above.
Determine how to find the root cause your team will work on and explain why you chose that root cause.
Determine what to do with the root cause data by developing a Total Quality Management (TQM) solution using one of the Six Sigma tools. Develop your TQM solution by building out the various tasks within each phase of the method you choose.

Develop a story around each of these. In other words, explain to a manager how you would actually develop your TQM plan with real ideas as to your method to validate the data, or you'll need to create the actual problem statement and purpose of the program, etc
