Coffee Culture is a Canadian cafe and eatery chain that is growing. You are the HR Planner at a consulting firm and you have been assigned to work with Coffee Culture to determine how many employees will be needed (employee demand) at its busy location in Milton, Ontario, Canada in 2025.

(a) From the following list, select the most suitable QUANTITATIVE method for determining demand that you would use to do this work: trend analysis/ratio analysis, time series models and regression analysis. Describe how the methodology you chose works, and advise Coffee Culture Milton on why it is the most suitable option in this case.
