In many organisms including human, some tissues are triploid rather than diploid. The c value for human is 3 x 10^9 bp and a normal diploid cell contains 46 chromosomes. From this information please determine how many chromosomes will be visible in a karotype of a triploid cell and the amount of DNA that is present in the cell at the time karyotyping. Please indicate clearly how you arrived at your answers.
