A closed rigid, well-insulated tank contains 2 kg of saturated mixture of water at 159kPa. Initially, three-quarters of the mass in the tank is saturated liquid. An electric resistance heater placed in the tank is connected to a 11-V source and current of 8 A flows through the heater when the switch is turned on. Determine how long it will take to vaporize all of the liquid in the tank after the heater is turned on?
