Upon further questioning, he explains that the chest constriction is improved with rest and that he often feels dizzy during recover. He also wants to check his body fat percentage before he starts his high intensity training program. His 3 site skinfold data: chest=11mm, abdomen=28mm, and thigh=19mm.
1. Complete a CVD risk stratification for him. Calculate and categorize his BMI.
2. Determine if he would need medical clearance using the ACSM algorithm.
