Consider three spherical rocks having diameter of 10 cm (A), 20 cm (B), and 40 cm (C). The densities of these rocks are given to be 2,500 kg/m3. They were left to free-fall above a water stream having a uniform velocity profile (um=0.1 m/s). The stream has a depth of 1 m. Assume that these rocks reach their terminal velocity at the top of the water stream. Determine distance travelled by each rock.
