Scenario: Cindy is a Director of Marketing & Communication at a large cosmetics company. Here are some details about Cindy and their job:

Cindy is a member of the Executive Business team and thus gets to contribute to the overall company strategy.

Is in charge of all marketing for the company: leading strategy, managing budgets, managing staff, creating and directing projects.

Is currently launching a new website for the organization, that Cindy has been involved with from the beginning.

Cindy believes they are doing a great job because they accomplish their goals and get along with people in the company easily. Jung is never congratulated on their work.

Cindy is not very passionate about cosmetics and believes there are more important issues to address in the world than vanity.
Respected by their boss and has 100% decision making power over the marketing decisions and budgets.

Gives lots of suggestions for improvement and coaching to their boss, peers, and staff, but never gets any personal suggestions for improvement. Cindy would like to move up in the company.
