Overview

In this assignment, you will identify the advanced stages of growth and assess the growing pains associated with growth. Review how measuring growing pains is essential for organizational change and ultimate success. You will be graded on the quality of your answers, the logic or organization of the report, your language skills, and your writing skills.

Instructions
Write a 3-4 page paper (not including title page) in which you research an organization in stage V, VI, and VII growth. You may use the company you chose from this week's discussion or choose another. To do so:

Evaluate the company's efforts to handle diversification, integration, and decline of revitalization. Support with specific examples.

Based on the information above, identify 10 relevant growing pains to include in an organizational survey. Refer to the survey on page 101 of your book as a model.

Develop, score, and rank a comprehensive growing-pains survey.

Recommend how the top three growing pains may be used as motivation for organizational change. Support with specific examples.
