Scenario 1. You have been selected as an intern at an international human rights organization while you continue your education. It is a relatively new organization that researches cases and develops solutions based on commitments to high standards of justice, dignity, compassion, and equality. You have been asked to write a case analysis on one of these cases to determine an ethical solution to the issue presented. Your detailed analysis should reflect professional quality, present the facts of the case, judge fairly among the parties involved, and apply relevant ethical frameworks toward a final solution. Your recommended course of action should be well supported and should draw from established ethical principles.

Scenario 2. You are an HR consultant contracted by the director of human resources of a global company to address some challenges that have occurred within the organization. The company employs over 200 people. This year's employee engagement survey revealed negative trends in how employees perceive the health of the organization, particularly regarding equity and inclusion. While past cases are being reviewed, the director has asked you to choose one from a list of active cases and write a case analysis that the team might use for future.
