A particular brand of light bulbs is used in a large building of a company. This brand has a normally distributed life span with a mean life of 3600 hours and a standard deviation of 160 hours. The company finds it efficient to periodically replace all the bulbs in the building at the same time. After how many hours should all the bulbs be simultaneously replaced to ensure that no more than 20% of bulbs have failed before they are replaced?
