Case: Determine a way to rate your performance in the "course Leading People and Managing Processes".

Rate your peers by the same metrics. (4 people)

You have experienced several size groups - something similar to pairs, groups of four, and octets. Explain how you acted differently in each of those scenarios. How did the size of the group influence your leadership or followership. In what ways were those scenarios meaningfully different in their influence on your approach to management besides the group size? What were those other factors, and what might their influence mean in your career as a billing Manager?

Describe at least three key takeaways from your experience in the groupwork. Do you perform better as a leader or a follower? Leader Why? Which other factors influence your performance or approach to teamwork?

Explore managerial concepts, philosophies, or perspectives and describe how they have come to influence your managerial approach. Characterize your managerial identity by describing it as richly as you can in a concise manner. You might laud those views that have helped you to grow or critique others that have shortcomings. Be specific and cite support.

Identify three or more ways that you aim to grow to become a better manager in the future. You might include an action plan to help you achieve those ambitions; describe questions you still have about management, business, or organizational theory.

Propose an interactive assignment for the course to use in the future. Create an assignment (overview and instructions required; rubric optional) that utilizes the current course content in a new way, beyond discussion boards or a simple essay prompt. Interactive assignments are encouraged.
