A certain stick has a proper length of one meter. Observer A, moving with uniform velocity parallel to the stick, measures the length to be one quarter of its proper length. Observer B, at rest with respect to the stick, records the two events corresponding to the first observer's determination of the positions of the two ends during the measurment. What is the space interval and the time interval in between the two events as seen by Observer B?
