Read the following scenario and provide details on professionalism and attitude

Kayleigh is a Medical Assistant in a very busy urgent care office. She is responsible for all CLIA waived tests performed on the patients each day. This day was abnormally busy, and the clinic is now full and cannot accommodate any more patients until some are discharged. To help move patients along, the manager brings an MA to the area to help Kayleigh. They are both taking blood from different patients and they realize that neither has labeled the tubes of blood that are now sitting next to each other in the centrifuge. They try to figure out what blood is for what patient. They decide to process the blood with the patients that they think the blood belongs to and then check the results before they alert the manager and doctor about the situation.
