Date correctly shown for client order and the progress tracking at end of week 15 in the programme
Must show Progress line , preconstruction activities and reasonable overall construction period
Appropriate number of activities and the consideration of events in progress highlighted in the guidance document
Discussion the impact of delays on other activities and on the projected completion date of the project.
c) Risk simulation
List of Inputs information, which you will assign for the risk simulation using ASTA risk simulation.
Allocation of different level of risks on work activities using code library method
Discussion about sampling methods and risk distribution types assumed for risk simulation in construction programme
Sensitivity, and Probability & distribution graphs with key information of project risks shown in the graphs index
Discussion on the sensitivity report on work activities and project duration of critical tasks
Discussion on the probability and distribution report on overall project duration
Method of statement
Method of statement should to support your programme and must include how you propose to carry out the project and an explanation of why you have chosen the methodology with necessary references.
