A detailed report on leading organizational development (OD). The length of the report is minimum 3000 words. It will assess the students' ability to align theory with practice through weekly on-site class room interaction with faculty-facilitated independent work. This in-depth analytical work will assess your skill to adopt appropriate OD principles in application to policy making and change regarding your place of employment (work).

As an OD CONSULTANT you have been approached by ABC company to re-engineer their organizational structure and present an effective one.

Following the OD process, you are required to incorporate the following:

- Detailed activities in each stage of the process (your inputs).

In addition, you are required to write a-one-page note on the importance of the course for you as a Leader.

2- Case Study: Strategic Management Principals

Student will be given a hypothetical case which presents strategic options that a business should consider. Student will critically decide which option(s) can be implemented with related changes to its position.

Follow below-written comments to avoid any future revisions: 1- the request to apply what we have studied in the OD course on a study I make for a company. ABC company “as example” name of the company, you have to start about the company it self, number of employees (prefer to select small company with small number of employees) 2- you need to select the type of Consultant approach. (Doctor-patient or Mechanic... etc) 3- you need to show how is the organization chart and what is the suggestion after applying your suggestions will look like.
